1- DISCOVER

The initial meetings, whether in the office or on Zoom, are moments of discovery where we explore how our lava stone can be integrated into your projects. These encounters are an opportunity for bonding and building trust. We value being close to all our customers, as this fosters fluid and highly productive communication.

2- RESEARCH

The drawings are carefully studied to ensure optimal feasibility, adjusting thicknesses and proposing aesthetic cuts for the stone sections, including profile finishes and color choices. Our laboratory specializes in custom color developments using any RAL Reference. With our extensive color range and library, customers can easily find what they need. A control sample is then produced, paving the way for custom production to begin.

3- PRODUCTION

Each project receives meticulous attention, from polishing and shaping the stone to treating it before enameling with the final color, and finally firing it at high temperatures in our kilns. All these steps are performed by hand by experts skilled in each technique. Our favorite moment is opening the kilns! The unveiling of each finished piece is a thrill for the entire team. We enjoy sharing these stages with our customers, and they love it too!

4- DELIVER

Quality control is conducted before crating, and photos are taken of the parts in the boxes before sealing. We provide detailed instructions for opening them upon arrival to optimize this process. The finished projects are then meticulously packaged by our team to ensure these unique pieces are safely transported anywhere in the world. Additionally, if the customer desires, we can manage the transit from our factory to the final destination.

Sustainability

OUR COMMITMENT

Our lava stone comes from Mount Merapi, an active volcano near Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It's ecological, durable and of the highest quality. It is selected by us directly from the volcanic eruptions.

We carefully select our stone, using traditional methods. It's a natural harvest in the open quarries. Extraction is done locally and without aggression, with manual processes, preserving both the mountain and its environment
